Order Cut Off For Next Day Delivery

Orders placed by 5:00 PM will be delivered next business day in our core delivery zones unless the item is backordered from the manufacturer.

Delivery

Delivery is free with no minimum required for all items that can be shipped UPS. All orders that are not able to be shipped UPS will be charged actual freight charges.

Furniture deliveries will be scheduled through our furniture department, once the furniture has arrived from the manufacturer. All special order items can take 1 - 8 weeks depending on the item.

Terms Are Net 30

Credit Cards are accepted with pre-authorization.

Return Policy Update

As a result of the increased demand and supply chain crisis, Business Essentials is forced to modify our standard product delivery turnaround times.

For any orders placed after Friday, March 13th, 2020, until further notice, each end-user will receive an email notification regarding items that are on backorder. All backorders will be shipped when the product is available.

Temporary Return Policy Amendment for Items Affected by Increased Demands

Due to global demand and stock-piling activity for preventative items such as disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue, and more, we will be unable to accept any returns on product purchases related to increased demands.

For items not purchased related to the increased demands, our standard return policy applies as described below.

All purchases are backed by our 30 day 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original shipping cartons.

Merchandise is returnable, providing that the merchandise has not been used and that is returned in sellable condition with clean original packaging and contents intact. If the packaging is torn open, cut open, written on or damaged, it may not be returned.

Sorry, some items such as medications, health care products and food items are not returnable.
